Vikas Dubey, the notorious Uttar Pradesh gangster accused in hundreds of heinous crimes, had most probably planned his surrender which is now being shown by Madhya Pradesh Police as an arrest. Zee News reporters Jitender Sharma and Vishal Pandey decoded how Vikas Dubey after being on the run since the July 3, 2020, ambush of an Uttar Pradesh police force at his village in Kanpur in which eight cops were killed, reached Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain.
