Hathras gang-rape case: Allahabad High Court to monitor CBI probe into, orders Supreme Court
A 3-judge bench headed by CJI SA Bobde refused to transfer the Hathras case to Delhi, saying it is appropriate for CBI to conclude the probe and it will be decided later.
