After a meeting farmers from Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh with higher officials on January 23, it was decided that the tractor rally will be allowed on three borders namely Singhu, Tikri and Ghazipur. The Delhi Police has said that they will approve the routes suggested once they get a written letter for permission.
