Delhi reels under blistering heatwave, monsoon revival unlikely in parts of north India till mid-July: IMD

IMD revealed that there is no chance of monsoon reaching the Capital and adjoining areas before July 7 and even after that the region will witness below-normal rainfall till the middle of this month.
