Centre urges West Bengal, Assam, Bihar, Odisha to adopt strict measures amid rising COVID-19 cases

The Union health ministry has asked Bihar, West Bengal, Assam and Odisha to make renewed efforts to suppress transmission of the coronavirus and keep case fatality rate below one per cent amid a reported spike in COVID-19 cases.
