TDP chief calls Andhra Governor`s decision on three capitals a `historic blunder`

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) National President and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu called the Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan`s decision to approve the Decentralisation and Inclusive Development of All Regions Bill and the CRDA Repeal Bill as a historic blunder.
