Pakistan extends time for Kulbhushan Jadhav to appeal against his conviction

Pakistan’s Parliament has extended an ordinance that allowed Indian death-row prisoner Kulbhushan Jadhav to file an appeal against his conviction in a high court for four months. Jadhav is required to file an appeal against his conviction in a high by the International Court of Justice.
